REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your Right to Withdraw from the Agreement and Request a Refund

1. Refund Eligibility:
   • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
   • Refunds are only applicable if you have not executed any trades (demo or otherwise) on the trading account associated with your purchase.
2. Request Process:
   • To request a refund, send an email to support@xpertfunding.com within the 14-day period. Ensure your email includes:
     • Your account details (name, email, and account ID).
     • Proof of purchase or transaction details.
   • We will confirm receipt of your request without undue delay.
3. Refund Method and Timing:
   • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
   • Refunds will be initiated within 14 business days from the date your refund request is approved. Note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider.
4. Immediate Termination Clause:
   • Xpert Funding reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if any breach of the General Terms and Conditions occurs. Refund eligibility in such cases will be forfeited.

Defective Performance

1. Reporting Defects:
   • If the services provided do not align with what was agreed or have not been delivered, you must notify us promptly by emailing support@xpertfunding.com.
   • Your email should detail the nature of the defect and include relevant evidence or documentation.
2. Resolution Options:
   • Upon review, Xpert Funding may:
     • Remedy the defect.
     • Offer a reasonable discount.
     • If the defect cannot be remedied, you may withdraw from the agreement or claim a proportional refund.
3. Complaint Resolution Timeline:
   • Xpert Funding aims to resolve complaints within 30 calendar days. Written confirmation of the outcome will be provided.

Important Notes:

• Refunds are non-applicable once demo trades or other platform activities have been initiated.
• Refunds are strictly limited to the program fees paid. No additional claims for compensation, interest, or damages will be entertained.
• Xpert Funding does not guarantee refunds outside the stipulated conditions outlined in this policy.
